FAA Certified Part 137 Pilots (PIC) to fly Piper Aztec (PA-23-250) aircraft seasonally from April through October 31st, 2024. This position is available for supplemental contract flying if and when seasonal tropical storms create conditions that may cause mosquito infestations in the southeastern United States.
Homebased location:
Central Florida: One pilot with Part 137 experience to perform aerial application for the control of mosquitoes. This is to serve municipalities in Florida, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Georgia. These are full-time positions for seasonal work. Accommodations are provided during the working period.
All travel, lodging, training, and certifications are covered by the employer throughout employment.
Certifications will include state and local endorsements to operate as a Part 137 pilot, OSHA training, and other safety courses necessary to perform one's duties in the role.
Pilots can expect to add 300 to 400 flight hours to their logbooks over the course of the season. Most flying will be performed after sunset when mosquitoes are most active.

*Must be able to operate solo flying low-level areas making aerial applications.
*Able to work Monday through Friday; some weekends as needed
*Must have a valid drivers license
